Service Charge Budget Audit
Not sure what you’re paying for?
We’ll break it down.
Wondering where your service charge money is going?
If your service charge keeps rising but the building still looks tired, you're probably asking the same question we once did:
“Where is all the money going?”
We’ve been leaseholders too. We know what it’s like to see invoices that don’t add up, or budgets full of vague line items like “repairs” and “management fees” and no one to explain it clearly.
That’s why we offer a Service Charge Budget Audit.
We’ll take a close look at your current managing agent’s spending, break down where your money’s actually going, and flag any waste, overcharging, or strange supplier arrangements. No jargon. No nonsense. Just a clear, honest picture of what you’re paying for, and whether it’s fair.
It’s not about pointing fingers, it’s about clarity. Our goal is to give leaseholders a clear understanding of where their money’s going, so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Whether you’re simply curious or starting to explore other options, we’re here to help you make sense of the numbers, calmly and clearly.

“It all started with one idea, from fed-up leaseholders. Maybe it's another ridiculous service charge demand. Maybe it’s the broken light in the hallway that’s been out for six months. Whatever the trigger, one person speaks up and the spark is lit.”

That’s how our journey started.
We had a community WhatsApp group for our block, and slowly, the conversations turned serious. One leaseholder asked, “Is anyone else fed up with the managing agent?”
Turns out, they were. All of them.
We knew we needed over 50% of leaseholders on board to take action and once we hit that number, things moved quickly. We set up our Right to Manage company, served the notices, and never looked back.
It might start as just a frustrated message. But with the right support, it can become something powerful: a group of neighbours turning frustration into action and taking back control.”
