Why Bespoke was founded.
Bespoke Block Management was founded to do one thing: manage residential blocks properly.
For too long, leaseholders have paid service charges without seeing real value in return, poor communication, slow responses, and maintenance that never quite gets finished. We’re here to change that.
Everyone involved with Bespoke has lived as a leaseholder, so we know what it feels like when managing agents don’t deliver. That experience is what drives us. We understand the frustration of unanswered emails, rising budgets, and unclear accounts, and we’ve built Bespoke to be the opposite, structured, transparent, and resident-first in everything we do.
Why We’re Different.
We don’t manage hundreds of blocks and that’s deliberate.
We focus on a small number of developments so we can give each one the attention it deserves. We treat every building as if we live there ourselves, because in some cases, we actually do.
With Bespoke, you won’t be passed around from one property manager to another. You’ll deal directly with someone who knows your building, understands its needs, and genuinely cares about getting it right.
Our residents can log issues through our online portal 24/7, track progress, and access key documents whenever they need them. It’s modern management, done properly.

We believe good management should feel effortless to residents. That means being proactive instead of reactive, paying attention to detail, and communicating clearly.
We visit our buildings regularly, make sure maintenance is completed properly, and keep directors and residents informed every step of the way. We also take financial control seriously. Reviewing every line of the budget to make sure costs are fair, justified, and delivering real value for money.
